Dining

Tonga is well-known for its abundance of excellent fish and lobster and Ha’apai as its centre is therefore a heaven for seafood lovers. In combination with local sweet potatoes, yams and breadfruit we create interesting, delicious meals. For meat lovers we serve top-quality steak, chicken and pork, mostly imported from NZ. We can also cater to vegetarians but please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements as only basic foodstuff are available locally. Our meals are accompanied by excellent wines from Australia and New Zealand.
