The villas were designed by Sumich Architects who have vast experience designing and building numerous upmarket properties in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. The buildings compliment the natural surroundings nicely. This resort has gone great lengths to create the feeling of an ultimate tropical hideaway using wooden joinery, local timber and coral rock.

Te Vakaroa boast six contemporary villas complete with floor-to-ceiling sliders that open onto a large private patio over looking their Infinity pool and Jacuzzi – the ideal places to unwind and enjoy a tropical cocktail. A short stroll along the beach gives access to some of the island’s renowned restaurants. Guests can enjoy a fully hosted holiday or choose to be full self-catering each villa has a beautiful fully appointed kitchen.Check-in: 12 noon (early check-in from 6am available for approx. $100 additional)

Daily tropical breakfasts are provided complimentary to your Villa which have fully appointed kitchens with all facilities. Dining and bar facilities are available at Sails Restaurant adjacent to the Villas or meals can be sourced from Sails room service menu with a chef available by arrangement. Notes:
Direct flights from Los Angeles to Rarotonga depart just once a week on a Sunday night at 11pm, arriving on a Monday morning at 6am. Your return flight would be on a Saturday night around midnight arriving back in Los Angeles on a Sunday at around 12:30pm. Your choices are therefore 6 days and 5 nights or 13 days and 12 nights etc. They are based on the lowest published airfare and the best low season resort special and are subject to change without notice.
