Heliconia Villa – is spacious and modern but at the same time designed in the fashion of a traditional Polynesian Pavilion. It offers luxurious accommodation that is equal to any other and offering privacy, romance, space and all that ones needs for that special getaway. Under the thatched roof and vaulted timber ceilings, Heliconia Villa offers a luxurious standard of holiday living including, a spacious living and sleeping area with the latest entertainment facilities including a flat screen TV, DVD, surround sound and a King Size Heavenly Bed looking out to the aqua lagoon and the breaking reef. To the front you have a large entertaining deck with a Gourmet Stainless Steel BarBQ and oven. You can also enjoy separate dining and a beautiful tropical bathroom which leads to a secluded deck and an outside under the stars pebble bath for two all in a private courtyard with a luxury tropical garden and sun deck. Included is your own stand up paddle board and double kayak and snorkel gear to explore the reef from your front door.

Luxury Beachfront House – Heliconia’s Luxury Beachfront House is designed to take advantage of all that is offered for a perfect beach side lifestyle. Grand in scale, designed in a traditional manner with steep thatched roofing yet with all modern features and comforts. The Beachfront House covers 200 square metres and is like no other accommodation property on Rarotonga. From the moment you enter along its boardwalk over the lily pond and through the fully enclosed and private tropical courtyard you know you are somewhere special.Comprising, two king bedrooms. One with a walk through robe leading to a full en suite bathroom and spa that in turn leads to an outside bathing area especially designed for the pleasure of two. The other with a King Bed, robe and seperate bathroom. Both bedrooms overlook the aqua lagoon and breaking reef in the distance. In the body of the house lies an open plan 80 square metre entertainment area comprising gourmande kitchen, lounge and dining area all situated under a magnificent high, open ended vaulted timber ceiling and with rich Australian hardwood flooring. This entertainment area spills out to an over sized entertaining deck that in turn steps down to a white sand beach and the edge of the turquoise waters of our lagoon.

Notes: Direct flights from Los Angeles to Rarotonga depart just once a week on a Sunday night at 11pm, arriving on a Monday morning at 6am. Your return flight would be on a Saturday night around midnight arriving back in Los Angeles on a Sunday at around 12:30pm. Your choices are therefore 6 days and 5 nights or 13 days and 12 nights etc. They are based on the lowest published airfare and the best low season resort special and is subject to availability.
