Colonial Tramcar Dinner – from $65 per person
Join at Tramstop #125 Normanby Road, near the corner of Clarendon St. Travel through the city and fashionable suburbs whilst enjoying an elegant and delicious dinner. The 1927 tram has been converted to burgundy furnishings reminiscent of a bygone era. Enjoy the white linen and silver service, fine wines and food before returning to Tramstop #125. Transfers to and from the hotel are not included.

Phillip Island Penguin Express – from $82 per person
This afternoon travel South to Phillip Island. The Phillip Island Penguin Reserve occupies most of the island. The Penguin Parade is one of Australia's most popular natural tourist attractions. Witness the Penguin's daily journey from the sea to the land, returning to their nests to feed their awaiting families. Return to Melbourne late this evening. Includes penguin reserve admission.

Melbourne City Tour – $46 per person
Travel through the city centre past Chinatown and Parliament House to Fitzroy Gardens stopping to view Captain Cook's Cottage (inspection own expense). Continue past the Melbourne Cricket Ground and National Tennis Centre then to Albert Park Lake, site of the Australian Grand Prix. Travel over Westgate Bridge for panoramic views of Melbourne before visiting the Botanic Gardens for morning tea (own expense). Return to the city stopping at the Shrine of Remembrance. This tour can be extended by including a cruise on the Yarra River concluding at 1330. A light lunch is available on the cruise (own expense).

Echuca Home of the Riverboats - $94 per person
Travel north to the provincial city of Bendigo, site of an 1850's gold rush. Tour the city on a vintage tram to view its classic Australian architecture. In Echuca take a guided tour of the historic Port of Echuca and cruise the Murray River on a genuine paddlesteamer. Echuca is steeped in river boat history and your driver and guides today will provide an in depth history. On the return journey to Melbourne sit back and watch the Australian movie "All The Rivers Run II."

Around the Bay for a Day - $112 per person
Travel through Melbourne's bay-side suburbs and around Port Phillip Bay to the Mornington Peninsula. Stop at Arthur's Seat lookout for panoramic views of the City and Peninsula. Depending on passenger interest, you will then visit wineries, berry or lavender farms, before enjoying lunch in historic Sorrento - the site of Victoria's first convict settlement. Travel by ferry across the Bay to Queenscliff and visit Point Lonsdale Pier overlooking the "Rip" (entrance to Port Phillip Bay). See the cave where William Buckley, Victorias first escaped convict, lived for some time of his 32 year flight from the law. Continuing along the Bellarine Peninsula, arrive in Geelong and enjoy afternoon tea overlooking Corio Bay. Return to Melbourne via historic Werribee.

Please make your own way to the Budget Rent-A-Car Counter located in Downtown Melbourne to collect you rental vehicle. You have a 3 Day rental. Start your drive along the Great Ocean Road.

Adelaide City Tour - $39 per person
Begin your orientation of Adelaide with a tour around the central business and shopping district. You will pass the State library and Trinity Church, Adelaide's oldest church, before arriving at Haigh's Chocolate factory (not open Sundays). Here you will enjoy a brief tour, enjoy a complimentary morning tea and some chocolate samples. The tour continues out to the seaside town of Glenelg where there is free time to look around. You may decide to stay and spend the afternoon returning by tram to the city (own expense) or continue on the coach back to the heart of Adelaide.

Grand Adelaide Tour - $75 per person
Begin with the Adelaide City Tour (above) in the morning before returning to the city for lunch (own expense). Then commence the tour of Adelaide and Hahndorf. This tour includes highlights of Adelaide, then travel through the Adelaide Hills dotted with unique and historic villages. Visit Hahndorf, rich in German heritage and a delight to walk and browse along the main street. Morning and Afternoon Tea are provided on this tour.

Day 10

You will be collected from your hotel to commence your coach journey to Cape Jervis, where you connect with the Sealink ferry to Kangaroo Island. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your accommodation.

Day 11

Join your coach this morning for a full day tour of the island. Today visit Kelly Hill Caves for a tour with a National Parks Ranger, to view the unique limestone formations. After lunch head to Flinders Chase National Park where you will spend the rest of the afternoon and visit Remarkable Rocks and Admiral's Arch. Continue to Island Pure Sheep Dairy farm before being set down at the ferry terminal. Depart on the Sealink Ferry to Cape Jervis where you will connect with your coach to Adelaide. Upon arrival into Adelaide, you will be set down at your hotel.

Day 14

Departing Alice Springs at approximately 6.30am, we travel south through the picturesque James and Waterhouse Ranges, stopping at the Outback Camel Farm where you can enjoy a short camel ride (own expense). Heading westward we view the striking Atila (Mt. Connor) and the saltpans. On arrival at Ayers Rock Resort, approximately 1.00pm, we have lunch at our permanent safari camp. This afternoon we travel to the majestic Kata Tjuta (Olgas) with a hike through the "Valley of the Winds". We return in time to view the sunset over Uluru (Ayers Rock). Return to our camp for a traditional Aussie meal. Sleep on camp beds in tents or on a clear night, under the brilliant starry desert sky. Lunch & Dinner Included.

Day 15

This morning you can see the sunrise on the Rock before tackling the challenge of the climb. Uluru (Ayers Rock) is 348 metres above the desert floor. The climb is 1.6 km, but even if you decide not to climb, the surrounding landscape is spectacular. This is followed by a base tour exploring ancient caves where Aboriginal paintings, eroded rock faces and unusual rock formations can be seen. Return to Ayers Rock Resort where time is allowed for an optional 30 minute scenic flight over the Uluru/Kata Tjuta (Ayers Rock/Olgas) at own expense. Breakfast & lunch Included. After lunch you can explore the area before heading to the airport for your ongoing flights to Cairns.

There is plenty to do. Take a ride on a glass bottom boat, or stroll alomg the shore with your guide. You can view the world's best coral and marine in the tropical waters. 1 hour Hot Air Balloon Flight – from $212 per person
Your balloon is inflated in the still of the morning, then you climb aboard for an exhilarating flight and uninterrupted view of magnificent scenery. As the flight gently floats above gum trees and paper barks, another beautiful sunset begins. Touchdown and enjoy a "champagne' breakfast in the bush. Aviation levies of AUD$20 per person are payable on the day

Cairns Night Zoo - $87 Per person
Enjoy a delicious Aussie BBQ at the Cairns Night Zoo. Afterwards, join your guide who will lead you into the darkness to meet the creatures of the night. Learn how owls hunt, touch a possum and pat a Koala. On clear nights the guides will take you star gazing. See the Southern Cross, the Big Dipper and other well known constellations. Follow the intrepid guides as they lead you through the crocodile's lair.

Cape Tribulation and Daintree Tour - $114 per person
Depart your hotel and travel north through the Mossman Valley to the Daintree River. Cross the river by cable barge and continue through pristine rainforest. Stop for morning tea followed by a one hour guided walk and view unique plants, birds and wildlife. Continue north to Cape Tribulation where the rainforest meets the sea and coconut trees line an unspoiled beach. Nearby is the Valley of the Palms, one hundred acres of natural palm forest. A picnic lunch is served and you can swim in the sea. Afterwards, return to the Daintree River for a one hour cruise to the wildlife that inhabits Mossman Gorge and there is time for a swim. Return to your hotel late this afternoon.

Classic Kuranda Experience - $140 Per person
The day commences with a journey on the breathtaking Kuranda Scenic Railway. After arriving at tropical Kuranda Station there is free time to explore the village including the famous Kuranda markets. From here it is onto Rainforestation Nature Park, boasting 40 hectares of gardens and rainforest set amidst World Heritage rainforest.

A collection of unique experiences awaits. Ride an amphibious Army Duck through the rainforest. An experienced driver/guide will explain the mysteries of the ancient ferns and trees and spot a variety of native fauna normally difficult to see. Meander through the Tropical Fruit Orchard featuring over 40 local and international exotic, tropical fruit trees.

Visit the Koala and Wildlife Park and come face to face with crocodiles, hand feed barramundi or kangaroos and wallabies. View other native species, including rainforest pythons, cassowaries and dingoes. Take the opportunity to cuddle a koala and have your photograph taken (optional extra)

In the rainforest amphitheatre witness the dynamic performance of the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers. The amphitheatre is a totally natural setting - no special effect or lighting is used - the rainforest serves as the theatre walls and the sounds of the forest and the didgeridoo create the backing music! The Dreamtime Walk provides a comprehensive introduction to Aboriginal and Island culture and history with practical experiences including boomerang lessons and spear throwing. Enjoy a tropical BBQ lunch which includes a hot buffet and wide selection of salads, cheeses and fruit.

Return to Cairns via the Rainforest Cableway and enjoy a bird's eye view of pristine World Heritage Rainforest with stops at Barron Falls and Red Peak stations.

Tully River White Water Rafting – $128 Per person
Depart you hotel for a full day of thrills and spills! Raft through World Heritage Rainforest, negotiating more than 45 rapids. There is over 5 hours of rafting on the Grade 4 Tully. Be sure to bring a swimming costume, lace up shoes, towel, water resistant sunscreen and a change of clothes. Reefwatch Surveillance Mission - $296 per person
More than just a scenic flight, your Reefwatch Air Tour is a mission – an aerial surveillance of some of the most popular and remote sections of the outer Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage coastal rainforests. The adventure begins prior to departure with your pre-flight briefing in the Operations Room of the airport Base. Port Stephens Dolphin Watcher – from $121 per person
Head north from Sydney across the Hawkesbury River to your first stop at the Australian Reptile Park for morning tea (own expense). Meet Eric a massive 4.7 metre saltwater crocodile as well as other Australian native reptiles and mammals. Continue on skirting the town of Newcastle to Port Stephens, to board your cruise vessel. Cruise to find some of the 80 bottle nosed dolphins that make Port Stephens their permanent home. Lunch is included on board. Bring your swimsuit for a ride in the boom net (summer only) that is pulled along behind the vessel. Tour Nelson Bay before returning to Sydney.
