Spend 3 Nights in sophisticated Melbourne. You’ll be so charmed by this historic arts capital you’ll never want to leave the city’s rattling trams, wide boulevards, amazing parklands, stately architecture and fabulous cuisine. You'll barely meet a visitor who hasn't fallen in love with Melbourne. The influence of decades of immigration from all over the world has made Melbourne a paradise for those who love food and wine. Whole streets are dedicated to food, whether it be Indian, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Greek, or a host of other styles. Along with the vast selection of food is the vast selection of architecture. From gorgeous Victorian public buildings, to designer hotels and dozens of examples of post-Modernist construction, scattered around the city. If this isn’t enough for you, you may want to take a day-trip out along the Great Ocean Road, where the coastal scenery is spectacular or to Phillip Island, home of the Fairy Penguins. After Melbourne you will head North for four nights in bold and brilliant Sydney. From famous ocean beaches like Bondi to Manly, to less well-known strips of golden sand, you'll be spoiled for choice during Sydney's long hot summers. If the beach isn’t your thing they say that Sydney never sleeps. In daylight hours the city buzzes with life and performances while all-night pubs, cutting-edge dance clubs, could keep you out until dawn. Fancy a late-night meal or a final coffee - that's not a problem in Sydney either. Sydney's sparkling harbour is the jewel in the city's crown. It's flanked by golden beaches and bushland, and is bisected by one of the most famous bridges in the world. A visit to Blue Mountains, or the Hunter Valley, to sample the locally produced wines will complete your trip to the Sydney region. One thing is for sure, no matter how long you stay, you will have plenty to do and see in and around Beautiful Sydney.
