Royale Takitumu Villas is set in 1.3 acres of lawns, palms and tropical gardens right on the beachfront of Rarotonga's premier white sand beach and a safe, crystal clear swimming lagoon. And yet, because of restrictions on development, here there are few beachcombers and no large hotels. Yours may well be the first footprints on the beach - at 9 am!
The kitchens are self contained with gas cooker, refrigerator , freezer, microwave and all the quality cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware you will need to provide snacks or dinner creations. Royale Takitumu consists of ten beautiful villas, styled with the South Seas in mind but without compromising comfort in any way. Roofs are overlaid with coconut thatch and the high pitches ensure a cool interior at all times. The villas are located right on the fabulous Titikaveka lagoon and white sand beach on the quiet, south side of the main island of Rarotonga. The beach here is of dazzling white sand edged with waving palms and stretches unbroken, for some 8km in both directions. The lagoon is protected by a living coral barrier reef and is azure blue, crystal clear, a snorkellers paradise and a haven for myriads of tropical fish.
We offer ten beautifully appointed one bedroom villas. All are architecturally designed with comfort, space and the view in mind. The separate Super-king bedrooms are air conditioned with top-of-the range beds and furnishings and the luxurious ensuite bathrooms boast spa baths, bidets and showers and include complimentary toiletry packs.
