Castaway Beach VillasOur deluxe units at Castaway Beach Villas are built right on the edge of the blue lagoon with white sandy beaches and extensive views of the reef and ocean beyond. Watch our local people fish the lagoon and watch for whales passing off the reef - all from the privacy of your own personal patio. Sip your favorite cocktail from our sunset deck while experiencing the best sunset on the island. Situated on the sheltered west coast of Rarotonga, Castaway Beach Villas are right on the beach.

There are twelve villas set in tropical gardens. Four are Beachfront, four Pool and four Superior Pool. All are fully self-contained with all facilities including full kitchen and bathrooms. All villas are serviced daily, except public holidays. All Pool and Superior Pool villas have satellite Trave to the Cook IslandsTV, in-house video, telephone/e-mail access, hairdryers, iron/ironing boards, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Superior pool villas have one or two bedrooms. The two bedroom Villas have spa baths and showers, dishwashers and en-suite bathrooms. Nearby is a small shop selling most groceries and necessities. Provisions (milk, bread, butter, etc) can be arranged to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival.

Apart from our own restaurant, Crusoe’s, a short walk within the village brings you to a local restaurant with good meals and take-out at reasonable prices. Castaway Beach Villas also boasts a Fully Licensed Bar, BBQs on the beach, and a Sunday night feast/roast night.

Castaway has motor scooters and bicycles for hire on site. Cars, jeeps and vans are a phone call away. Rarotonga has an excellent round island bus service ($3.00) with both day and evening service, enabling you to easily access dining, shows and night entertainment. The bus ride to town (Avarua) is only ten minutes, and it is only five minutes to the Golf Course. The bus stops outside our gate. On Sundays, the only bus service is to Church and return - the singing is the experience of a lifetime and not to be missed!

Activities that are available include scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, golf, tennis, horseback-riding, biking, hiking trails, local waterfalls, and bird-watching and can be booked through our activity desk. Kayaks and snorkels are complimentary for guests.

The flight prices included in this package are based on the lowest fare and subject to availability. To get this rate we recommend you book early. Prices are per person based on double occupancy. Add-on fares available from other cities. Hotels are subject to availability. US/foreign taxes/fees/fuel surcharges of approximately $275, including September 11th Security Fee, are additional. Prices reflect a 3% discount for purchases made by cash/check. There are no discounts for payment made by credit cards. Cancellation penalties and other restrictions apply. There may be black-out dates on this package. Direct flights depart from LAX on Sundays arriving in Rarotonga on Monday morning and then depart Rarotonga on Saturday to return back in LAX on Sunday.
